  • Processing Time for Standard Orders: Please allow up to 5 business days for your pre-made order to be processed, prepared, and dispatched from our facility.

  • International Shipments and Duties: Please be advised that Euro Hours is not responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or handling charges levied by your country's customs agency. These costs are determined by the destination country and are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Payment for these fees is required upon delivery. Please note: Refunds will not be granted for international orders refused or abandoned due to the non-payment of customs fees.

 

  • Liability for Lost or Damaged Packages: Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL), Euro Hours cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. However, we are fully committed to assisting you! We will provide all necessary support and documentation to help you initiate and pursue a claim directly with the respective shipping carrier for the recovery of your shipment.
